The year was 1982. Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery had recently moved to Ohio after living in Buffalo, New York. All was fine until one day when the two were craving wings. Not just ordinary wings, but authentic Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. Only problem was there was nowhere to get wings nearby. So Jim and Scott had two choices to satisfy their appetite: they could either make a road trip to New York or open a wing joint close to home. Lucky for us, they chose the latter. Hence, the beginning of Buffalo Wild Wings, the no-holds-barred grill and bar featuring everything from wings to appetizers to salads to burgers, with a wide variety of signature sauces and seasonings. All served in a relaxed atmosphere where people like to hang out with friends and watch their favorite sports.

There are now more than 1,000 company-owned and franchised Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in all 50 U.S. States, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines. How did we do it, you ask? On top of serving up our now-famous wings, we connect with our guests to deliver the ultimate experience. All Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants are equipped with wall-to-wall flat screens, Buzztime Trivia, and a full menu for dine-in or takeout. And let’s not forget about a full bar with a wide variety of beers on tap. We’re in the big leagues now, but we haven’t forgotten our roots – awesome wings, refreshing beer, and the best sports viewing atmosphere outside of the stadium.
